Prices are in US dollars and are the same in every country where Maitri Kids is available. The App Store or Google Play shows the final price before you confirm.
Start inside the app
Maitri Plus lives inside the Maitri Kids app. Download the app, then a grown-up can start the free trial from the Maitri Plus screen behind a parental gate.
How the free trial works
Both plans begin with a free trial of seven days. If you do not cancel during the trial, the subscription begins automatically when the trial ends, and your account is charged for the plan you chose, either $4.99 per month or $39.99 per year. You can turn off the trial at any time before it ends and you will not be charged.
Billing and renewal
A subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, monthly or yearly, unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the period ends. Your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the current period ends. All payments are handled by the App Store or Google Play, never by us, so we never see your card or bank details.
How to cancel
You can cancel at any time, and deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- On an iPhone or iPad: open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, choose Maitri Kids, then cancel. You can also visit apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
- On Android:open the Google Play Store, tap your profile, tap Payments & subscriptions, tap Subscriptions, choose Maitri Kids, then cancel. You can also visit play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions.
Refunds
Because the App Store and Google Play handle the payment, they also handle refunds under their own policies.
- App Store: request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Google Play: request a refund from your Google Play subscriptions page.
Restore purchases
If you reinstall the app or move to a new device, open the Maitri Plus screen and tap Restore Purchases to bring back an active subscription. Restoring uses the same App Store or Google Play account that bought the subscription.
A purchase only a grown-up can start
We never ask a child to buy anything. Starting a subscription sits behind a parental gate and requires a store account, so a purchase can only be started by an adult.
